With more than 120 members, CREWBaltimore promotes the business interests and professional advancement of women in all disciplines of the commercial real estate industry by providing educational and networking opportunities and contributing resources to support the local community.

As part of CREW Network, the industry’s premier business organization, CREWBaltimore is dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. CREW Network’s membership of  12,000 professionals in over 75 major global markets represents all aspects of commercial real estate—providing our members with direct access to real estate professionals across all geographies and disciplines. CREW members specialize in diverse areas of real estate including development, law, leasing, financing, banking, architecture, construction, and consulting.

CREWBaltimore is to be the organization of choice for women within the Baltimore metropolitan commercial real estate industry to achieve parity in opportunity, influence, and power by promoting professional opportunities and business relationships for women. 

Our history

CREW Network was founded in 1989 to bring together women involved in the many aspects of commercial real estate to exchange information, develop business contacts and help each other succeed professionally. Today, CREW Network is the premier business networking organization dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. We provide support to our 11,000+ members worldwide through business development, leadership development, industry research and career outreach.

Our Initiatives

Business Development

Facilitating business networking and deal making among our multi-disciplinary membership is the cornerstone of our organization. We deliver impactful networking opportunities including three Leadership Summits and the CREW Network Convention and Marketplace annually. Members also have exclusive access to our CREWbiz technology platform, which serves as a membership directory, resource and referral center, personal marketing tool and app.

Industry Research

CREW Network is the world’s leading researcher on women in commercial real estate. Our industry research produces white papers annually and a benchmark study every five years, delivering data and action items to advance women in commercial real estate and positively impact the industry.

Leadership Development

Building effective leaders is key to advancing the commercial real estate industry. We dedicate significant resources to providing our members with high-level leadership development training and opportunities to serve on global boards and committees to develop and hone applicable leadership skills.

Career Outreach

CREW Network and our Foundation are committed to bringing more women into commercial real estate by creating programs that educate women and girls about the career opportunities available to them, supporting college-level commercial real estate education through scholarships, and providing mentorships to those new to the industry.
