CREW Baltimore’s IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Advocacy) team is excited to announce the third installment of our three part Diversity, Equity and Inclusion series!
This session will seek to discuss the similarities but yet the differences between allyship, accompliceship, and advocacy.

Florence is a visionary leader, bridge builder, and a dedicated professional with more than 15 years of strategic planning and hands-on expertise. She has worked with businesses and led strategic planning around talent development, diversity, equity, and inclusion. She also has extensive education experience working with secondary and post-secondary education students, securing resources and implementing effective programs.
