CREW Connect - IDEA | Unconscious Bias
CREWBaltimore’s IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Advocacy) team is excited to announce a three part Diversity, Equity and Inclusion series!
Please join us for Part One: An in-depth Unconscious Bias Workshop, with RSM US LLP’s visionary leader, Dr. Florence Holland, EdD, Director of Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion. This workshop will focus on the subconscious, preconscious, and automatic assumptions, attitudes, or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions. We will walk through what unconscious bias is, how to recognize it in our own thinking, the impact it can have in the workplace, and what we can do to mitigate its effects. We are looking forward to this three part series with CREWBaltimore and RSM US LLP, as we make important steps forward, in becoming a Leader of DEI Education & Advocacy in Greater Baltimore CRE.
