It’s no secret… women are far less likely than men to negotiate at work. Some estimates indicate that the reluctance of women to advocate for themselves can cost more than half a million dollars in earnings over the course of a career, and is often the difference between climbing the career ladder at a healthy pace and not climbing it at all.
In this program, we’ll examine the primary reasons we, as women, are too often reticent about our own value in the workplace. We’ll also discuss key tips for improving negotiation skills and position, and we’ll look at key ways to avoid the most common mistakes made at the negotiating table.
