Shina Parker is the Founder and CEO of Integrity Title & Escrow Company, LLC. Shina has over 30 years’ experience in strategic business development including 25 years in the real estate title industry representing buyers, sellers, lenders, credit unions, nonprofit organizations, builders and developers in Commercial and Residential sales, acquisitions and finance transactions throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Her clients also include municipal and governmental organizations participating in bond-financed real estate transactions.

Integrity Title has participated in some of Maryland’s largest real estate transactions including relocation of The Maryland Public Health Lab, Magic Johnson Charles Village Loft Condominiums, Water Street Tower, The Zenith Project, Point Street Apartments, Hilton Baltimore Convention Center, Wayland Senior Village, John Hopkins Gateway Marriott, Choice Hotels, Hampton Park, Exelon New Headquarters and many others.

Ms. Parker has been recognized for her many accomplishments, she received the Smart CEO BRAVA Award, GBC Bridging the Gap Business Achievement Award, Maryland Top 100 Minority Business Enterprise Award, the Cathy Hughes Entrepreneur of the Year Award, NAACP Business, the Nehemiah Community Service Award, Neighborhood Planning Community Revitalization Award and the 2019 Enterprising Women of the Year Award.

Ms. Parker is the former President of the Commercial Real Estate Professionals, Maryland (formerly known as AAREP). She also served on the Board of Advisors for the University of Maryland School of Social Work. She has served as a Board Member for the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, African American Real Estate Professionals AAREP, C E E P Washington DC and the WINN Family Services. Ms. Parker also served as the Co-Economic Chair of the transition Teams for Baltimore City and Chair for Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski, JR. transition team.
