Janese Murray

Janese is the founder and president of Inclusion Impact Consulting, LLC, a diversity, equity and inclusion consulting firm. Janese consults with diversity and inclusion leaders to build sustainable strategies and practices to meet their organizational goals and objectives. She also conducts interactive workshop and facilitates small group discussion.

Janese’s clients know her as a valued thought partner, coach and advisor. She leverages 20 years of experience to help her clients navigate the challenges of increasing the diversity of the workforce and creating an inclusive and equitable culture. A thought leader in the field, Janese has been quoted in top publications, including the Wall Street Journal and Fortune, was recognized by Black Enterprise Magazine as one of the Top Executives in Corporate Diversity and has been a presenter and panelist at various professional conferences.

Janese’s corporate experience included leading and implementing diversity and inclusion
strategies for Black and Decker, Constellation Energy and the Exelon Corporation where she served as the Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion.

Some of Janese’s previous and current clients include CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, Legg Mason, Aflac, University of Maryland Medical System, Maryland Stadium Authority and Choice Hotels International, Inc. She is also a leadership coach and is certified as an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator.
