Darryl Richardson is a Project Manager at Plano Coudon. He is a native of Mitchellville, MD and attended Prince George’s County Public Schools. Darryl obtained a degree in Civil Engineering at Morgan State University in 2007. Upon graduation, he began working at Plano Coudon, one of the leading construction firms in Maryland. Darryl has been employed with Plano Coudon for 13 years.
Darryl served as the Project Manager for the Baltimore City Animal Services Project. This job began in May of 2019 and was completed April of 2020. Baltimore City Animal Services was a $14M, 37,000 sq. ft, 10.5 month ground up building in Cherry Hill. Plano-Coudon partnered with Manns Woodward on this job for a total of 2 years to design and build the new animal facility. Prior to the construction of the Baltimore City Animal Services building, Darryl was on a $24M project now called the Bogomoglny Library for University of Baltimore. That project had a 20-month schedule and included a complete gut and heavy MEP upgrades to their existing library. Their pre-existing library had originally been constructed in 1950.
