CREWBaltimore seeks to make a lasting, positive impact on our local community, far beyond the commercial real estate industry, with an emphasis on women. Along with our Outreach committee, chapter members contribute their time and effort to our collective philanthropic efforts by:
- Providing donations of toiletries to women in need through My Sister’s Place Women’s Center
- Participating in workshops with interns preparing them for the workforce, specifically focusing on resume building, interviewing, social media presence, and overall professionalism.
- Providing endowment contributions to Johns Hopkins University
- Supporting CREW Network Foundation (see below)
My Sister’s Place Women’s Center
My Sister’s Place Women’s Center has been our Chapter’s philanthropy partner since 2017. MSP is Baltimore City’s longest-serving women’s day shelter and resource center for women and children experiencing homelessness and poverty. During the pandemic they need our assistance now more than ever to continue serving Baltimore City women in need.
The CREWBaltimore Outreach Committee has set-up an Amazon Wish List to make it easy for you to donate the most requested items. You may choose and pay for items from the Wish List which will be shipped directly to the organization. If everyone donates just one item, we can make a big difference!
